VACANT STAGING
Our initial walkthrough & vacant staging quote are free. During the walkthrough we will discuss the best staging strategy for your house, the focal points and any problem areas will be addressed in our Pre-Listing Recommendations, which are strategically designed to upgrade the areas of your house that will have the greatest impact on how your property shows. These recommendations are designed to be completed at a minimal cost while providing you with the highest return on your investment!
Pricing varies based on the square footage, price point, design style, location & access. We are always happy to provide a couple of different staging options for you to select from. Minimum for vacant staging: $2,250
O C C U P I E D S T A G I N G
We offer two Occupied Staging packages— DIY Occupied Staging Package and Occupied Staging Package with Supplemental Furniture & Accessory Rental.
DIY OCCUPIED STAGING PACKAGE: This package includes 1—2 hour consultation, Pre-Listing Recommendations & DIY Staging Design Plan. During the Occupied Staging Consultation we will assess the furniture, placement, scale, flow, clutter, lighting, color and accessories. The focal points will be identified, and any problem areas will be addressed in our Pre-Listing Recommendations, which are strategically designed to have the highest impact on how your property shows and can be completed at a minimal cost while providing you with the highest return on your investment! Our DIY Staging Design Plan will be written in a room by room checklist formula specifically stating which furniture and accessories we recommend removing, which we’d like to use in the staging, the recommended layout and specific items we recommend purchasing (including pictures & links) for you to complete the DIY Staging Design Plan yourself!
Pricing for our DIY Occupied Staging Package varies based on the size of the property. Minimum for DIY Staging Package: $795.00.
OCCUPIED STAGING PACKAGE WITH SUPPLEMENTAL FURNITURE & ACCESSORY RENTAL: This Occupied Staging package is designed to use as many of your furnishings as possible while incorporating carefully selected pieces from our extensive inventory, to create a fresh cohesive look specifically designed to appeal to your house’s targeted buyers! This package includes 1—2 hour consultation, Pre-Listing Recommendations, Staging Design Plan, installation of the supplemental furnishings and 60 days of furniture & accessories rental. Just as in the first package, we will assess the furniture, placement, scale, flow, clutter, lighting, color and accessories during the consultation, identify the focal points and address any problem areas in our Pre-Listing Recommendations. The Staging Design Plan will be written in the form of a room by room checklist specifically stating which furniture and accessories we recommend removing and which we’d like to use in the staging. Clients will be responsible for removing the agreed upon furnishings prior to the supplemental furniture & accessory installation date.
Pricing for our Occupied Staging with Supplement Furnishing Rental varies based on the size of the property, the amount of inventory needed, the design style, price point, access to the house and its location. Minimum for Supplemental Occupied Staging Package: $1,500
